DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
Copyright Policy and DMCA Notices
At FemdomFever (femdomfever.com), we respect copyright laws and respond to valid takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Since all videos on FemdomFever are embedded from third-party hosts, removing a listing here means the link is taken down from our site, but the actual content stays with its original host. You should also notify the host if you want the content removed completely.
How to Submit a Copyright Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work is being used without permission, send your notice to our designated Copyright Agent through the contact form at contact page. Your notice must include:
- The URL of each FemdomFever listing you want removed
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What Happens After You Send a Notice
We review complete notices within a few business days and remove the listed content from FemdomFever. If your notice is missing information, we’ll ask you to provide it. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will be removed from the site. If you receive a takedown and believe it was made in error, you can submit a counter-notice under § 512(g) through the same contact form.
